I’m Steve Trevino, founder of MAVAR Solutions, and I’ve spent the last 20+ years helping visionary leaders like you build organizations that change lives.
My journey began in local ministry and expanded into a global mission. I’ve trained nonprofit founders, church planters, and frontline leaders on nearly every continent, equipping them with real-world strategies for fundraising, leadership, and movement-building. Whether I’m coaching a new director, launching a homeless outreach, or helping a team in the Middle East plant underground churches, my focus is always the same: empower people to lead boldly, love deeply, and execute with clarity.
Alongside my wife and ministry partner Julie, we’ve planted churches, launched addiction recovery centers, and built leadership pipelines in some of the hardest to reach places on earth, including Iran, Afghanistan, and North Africa. We’ve been in the trenches, and we know what it’s like to carry a big vision with limited resources.
